            Rector Václav Hampl of Charles University, Czech visited Kobe University on November 2, 20
            purpose of his visit was the official signing ceremony of the General Memorandum of Agreem
            two institutions. Located in the capital city of Prague, Charles University is the oldest 

            Central Europe with a history dating back to 1348. As one of the oldest, most prestigious 
            Europe, it greatly influenced the formation of the European culture. The modern day Charle
            over 45,000 students studying in its 17 faculties.
