Prague: The Experience of a Lifetime ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** Prague is amazing.  It is one of the most fantastic cities I have ever visited. It is beau is romantic. It is friendly. It is cost-effective. Mezipatra, the international film festi experience of a lifetime. I had the opportunity to meet people from all over the world at I saw groundbreaking films. I met actors, directors, scholars, etc. I met some of the most students (at Charles University) with which I have ever studied. The cultural experience o second to none. The students in the program are extremely smart.  I was able to connect wi discuss feminism, LGBT activism, transnational film, etc. They generously showed me everyt see about the city. I went to great restaurants, landmarks, night clubs, and historic loca everything I could ever want in a city. It is definitely on my list of cities to visit the to Europe. This experience profoundly enriched my academic experience. At the end of the s students and I put on a public symposium and presented everything we learned in Prague at University. It was a great way to bond with my classmates. The Czech students became famil as the US students did in Washington, DC.  Any GW student would be likely to experience th Prague.  I learned more in my one week in Prague than I have learned in most classes in a hope that the US students can host them in Washington, DC, in the future.  The experience meaningful, and the memories will last a lifetime.
