            Dear students,

            It is my great pleasure to welcome you arriving from different countries to Charles Univer
            beginning of your studies in the Czech Republic. You selected the oldest University in Mid
            a great history but also with prestigious studies in the present time. Charles University 

            Czech King and Roman Emperor Charles IV in 1348 mainly for students from the middle Europe
            open to all students from the whole world.
            Charles University belongs to research universities offering modern studies in humanities,

            and medicine at all levels covering bachelor, master and doctoral study programmes. It col
            with hundreds of universities and institutions abroad and its international relationships 

            appreciated.
