Relaxation techniques are an effective tool for rest, overcoming tension and stress. It relaxes your body and mind and breaks away from what you worry about for a moment. There is a wide range of relaxation techniques - we tell you which are good for what. Relaxation techniques can complement your daily mental hygiene.
