Relaxation

Relaxation techniques are an effective tool for rest, overcoming tension and stress. It relaxes your body and mind and breaks away from what you worry about for a moment. There is a wide range of relaxation techniques - we tell you which are good for what. Relaxation techniques can complement your daily mental hygiene. During our webinar, you will try out several techniques to see which ones suit you the best. To enjoy the webinar to the fullest, you need to find a quiet place, have a mat and wear clothes you feel comfortable wearing (prepare a blanket if you need to).
